Ingredients:
Chick Peas / Garbanzo beans - 1- 16oz Can or sock 1 cup white channa over night and cook till soft.
Red Pepper - 2 small
Jalepeno Pepper - 1
Garlic - 1 or 2 (Optional)
Olive Oil - 1 tsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp or to taste
Salt and Pepper - to taste
Method:
- Drain and rinse the chick peas.
- Roast the red pepper, jalepeno pepper and garlic in the oven or on stove top.
- Let it cool and peel the skin and remove seeds.
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender or food processor and process until smooth.
