Ingredients:
- Rolled oats - 1 cup
- Protein powder - 3 scoops (I used plant based chocolate fudge flavor powder)
- Almonds - 1/4 cup
- Walnuts - 1/4 cup
- Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
- Dried fruits - 3/4 cup (I used dates and golden and black raisins)
- Unsweetened desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp
- Nut butter - 1/2 cup (I used peanut butter)
- Honey - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a food processor, place oats, nuts, fruits and chia seeds. Pulse until coarse.
- Add the protein powder, nut butter, coconut and honey.
- Pulse until well combined. Roll into 1-inch balls and store in refrigerator.
