Ingredients:
- Natural peanut butter - 2 tbsp
- Chocolate or vanilla Protein powder - 1 scoop
- Banana - 1
- Avacado - 1/2
- Any kind of milk (almond, soy, coconut or 1%) or water - 1 cup
- Ice cubes - 3 or 4
Method:
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more water or milk, if needed.
- Pour into your favorite glass and enjoy!
